Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped USPS First-Class Mail (2-5 days average). My production time is usually 2 weeks. If I have a lot of orders and production time is slower, I will let you know at the time you place your order. If you need an item sooner, feel free to purchase our rush order fee but check with me first to make sure that I can make it during the time frame you need.

Layla's Bliss is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged. Insurance is available upon request. I do provide tracking numbers. Once I hand over your package to USPS, it is their responsibility to get it to you and you can use your tracking number to resolve any issues with them.

International orders do not have tracking number unless they are done via UPS or FEDEX which makes it more expensive. If this makes you uncomfortable and you would like a quote for a shipment with UPS or FEDEX, please contact me before submitting your order.
